Hossain is a dedicated legal practitioner and an Officer of the Supreme Court of Victoria, with a strong focus on family law. He is known for his calm, clear, and client-focused approach, combining robust negotiation skills with strong courtroom advocacy when required. Hossain regularly appears in the the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, and the Magistrates’ Court of Victoria.
Hossain holds an Advanced Diploma in Legal Practice (ADLP) and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Victoria University, as well as a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law
