Beyond his legal practice, Milad is deeply committed to professional leadership and community service. He serves as a Victorian Committee Member of the Australian Lawyers Alliance (ALA),  the peak body representing injured Victorians, and is a member of both the Law Institute of Victoria (LIV). 

Milad also serves on the River Nile School Board, supporting educational opportunities and leadership development for young people from refugee and migrant backgrounds. He is the In-House Counsel for the Bakhtar Community Organisation, where he provides strategic legal advice and supports initiatives that strengthen community engagement, promote social inclusion and empower Victoria’s multicultural community. Earlier in his career, Milad volunteered with United Nations Volunteers, contributing to initiatives that promote access to justice and the rule of law internationally.

Passionate about mentoring emerging lawyers, supporting multicultural communities and expanding access to justice, Milad combines strategic thinking, commercial insight and genuine compassion in his practice. He is committed to helping clients navigate complex legal challenges with confidence while continuing to contribute to the legal profession and the broader community through leadership, advocacy and service.
